Role

As a UX Designer confirmed, you design user-friendly interfaces and continuously improve the user experience of our applications and websites.

Specifically, you participate in the needs analysis and ensure that you understand the users and their environment in order to determine the requirements of the applications as accurately as possible.

You define and plan the research methods and help recruit participants to gather the necessary information (interviews, surveys, focus groups, user tests, etc.).

You propose the most suitable solution and design the interfaces in low and high fidelity (mobile first prototyping).

You assist the analysts and developers in designing the user interfaces and ensure that the developed application meets the needs of the users and their environment.

You ensure that the graphical design of the applications is checked in accordance with the accessibility guidelines.

You set up the governance of a styleguide.

You contribute to the design of services (Service Design) by proposing user-centered solutions. To achieve this, you follow the iterative and laboratory creation process.

Throughout the projects, you maintain regular and effective communication with the clients and the team.

You are bilingual (Dutch and French).

Applications without a portfolio will be automatically rejected.

The mission is extendable by 3 or 6 months.
