The Client, to support its missions of providing legal advice and being a party to legal proceedings, needs to rely on efficient IT systems in these domains.

The Client is looking for a person who will perform functional analysis, testing, documentation and training tasks in the context of development and operation works on their portfolio of IT systems under the responsibility of project managers and in liaison with business users.

💼 Your Role

As a User Documentation & Training person, these are the main tasks that you'll be responsible for:

• Perform functional analysis, testing, documentation and training
• Writing user manuals for information systems
• Writing information systems on-line help
• Writing web documentation
• Prepare and give training courses on information systems
• Translate business analysts input to information consumable by the end-user

🛠️ What You'll Bring

✅ Technical Skills:

• Expertise with IT tutorials
• Knowledge of state-of-the-art IT solutions and methods and their evolutions
• Proven experience working on the functional side of IT projects in relation with business users
• Experience working with business users in the legal domain
• Expertise with support, functional tests, IT systems documentation or trainings
• Ability to create video tutorials
• Strong IT background
• Ability to communicate efficiently with the development team to share user's feedback and requirements

🎓 Education & Certifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field

🗣️ Languages:

• Excellent knowledge of English - Level C1 in Understanding, Speaking and Writing
• Good knowledge of French - Level B1 in Understanding, Speaking and Writing would be an asset

🤝 Soft Skills:

• Strong organisational and time-management skills
• Excellent verbal communication
• Attention to details
• Good problem-solving skills
