Test Coordinator SAP S/4HANA | Charleroi

Start: as soon as possible
Location: Charleroi, 2 days/week on site

We are looking for an experienced Test Coordinator to support an SAP S/4HANA migration project, with a focus on business/legal reports and the SAP Finance domain.

Responsibilities

• Define and manage the testing strategy;
• Coordinate test campaigns with business and technical teams;
• Organize and facilitate testing sessions;
• Ensure follow-up of issues, risks, and action plans;
• Support teams with a coordination and coaching approach.

Required Profile

• 6+ years of experience in test strategy and coordination on complex projects;
• Solid experience in Agile/Scrum, V-model, and hybrid environments;
• Proficiency in Quality Center;
• Experience in coordinating tests with business teams;
• Excellent communication skills between business and IT;
• French C2 and English B1 minimum.

Assets

• SAP experience, ideally SAP Finance;
• Azure DevOps;
• ISTQB certification;
• Background in Analytics / BI.
