The ONEM is looking for a Senior Tech Lead Solution Architect to join its cross-functional architecture team.

The candidate has at least 15 years of experience in development and the Java ecosystem, with proven leadership skills and a strong interest in operational and business aspects as well as technology.

The scope of responsibilities is broad and varied. It includes:

• technical leadership of the cross-functional architecture team,
• coaching of development teams (coaching and upskilling),
• definition of reference architectures and their evolution over time,
• implementation of SLI/SLO/SLA as well as strategies to achieve and monitor them,
• monitoring of strategic projects,
• supporting the business in specifying its needs,
• definition and implementation of technological evolutions, as well as the strategy for managing technical debt,
• monitoring and implementation of security and information management regulations,
• alignment with the operational line,
• collaboration with infrastructure teams as well as external partners,
• gathering requirements and evaluating products in a procurement procedure,
• providing internal training modules.

Required technical skills:

Java, TypeScript, Angular, DDD, CI/CD, Docker/Kubernetes, Spring (Boot), RabbitMQ, OAuth2/OIDC, OpenAPI/AsyncAPI, OpenTelemetry, Maven/Gradle, TDD, Cypress, Hibernate, C4/Archimate modeling

Knowledge of the specifics of social security, and more particularly the responsibilities of ONEM, is a major asset. In this perspective, at least 1 year of successful experience in an institution related to social security is highly desirable.

Holder of a bachelor's degree in IT, the candidate must have at least completed Scrum Master and/or ICT Project Management training. In addition to their experience as a Solution Architect, the candidate must be able to demonstrate successful experiences as a Team Lead (10 years). They must demonstrate recent successful experience in implementing a migration architecture from a backend system to a modern technology stack (Spring) and managing the complete project lifecycle.
