Fedasil is looking for a consultant for its ICT department, which is responsible, among other things, for service management and functional analysis of its business applications, in particular in the areas of financial management (Iptor) and HR management (EasyPay).

The consultant collaborates with the business teams (Budget & Finance, HR, etc.), ICT, and the suppliers. The assignment includes, but is not limited to, the following activities:

• ensuring the continuity and quality of the service provided to users;
• managing incidents and requests: follow-up, escalation, and communication to users;
• responsible for problem management: analyzing the causes of recurring issues and proposing corrective actions (procedures, training, improvements, etc.);
• managing access and user rights, in compliance with security rules and the GDPR;
• managing the relationship with suppliers, in particular the follow-up of performance, licenses, and budget;
• analyzing, modeling (BPMN), and documenting the business processes around these applications, and formulating improvement proposals;
• providing analytical and functional support for the evolution or replacement of the relevant applications;
• coordinating the various stakeholders and overseeing proper service governance (documentation, knowledge base, change requests, etc.);
• reporting and contributing to the continuous improvement of the service.

Assessment criteria

Required: at least 5 years of relevant experience in IT service management (ITIL, incident and problem management), experience with analysis and modeling of business processes (BPMN), trilingual in French/Dutch/English, and basic knowledge of general accounting.

Assets: knowledge of Iptor or EasyPay, basic knowledge of HR management and payroll administration, experience in the public sector.

The assignment starts on 1 December 2026 and runs until 31 December 2027, full-time, in a hybrid regime (on-site and telework).

Reference profile: Experienced software specialist computer scientist (5 years).
