ICT Business Analyst - (Senior)

Client is looking for a senior business analyst, with experience in both team leadership and business analysis, for carrying out various assignments, mostly within the framework of geographic data, GIS and the operation of city services with a focus on environment. Depending on the specific assignment, carrying out can include: business analysis, change management, selecting and managing suppliers, proposing a technical solution, coordinating and executing tests, and (ad interim) managing the (technical) GIS team.

Skills & experience

• Demonstrable experience as team lead
• Demonstrable experience with GIS environments
• Demonstrable experience with ESRI ArcGIS
• Demonstrable experience with FME
• Demonstrable experience in general business operations applied to ICT
• Demonstrable experience with the development and optimization of business processes (BPM)
• Demonstrable experience with stakeholder management
• Demonstrable knowledge and experience of the various Project Management aspects (costs, timing, coordination, planning, estimations)
• Language requirement: Dutch at European CEFR - level C2.
