Responsibilities

• As a Senior Cloud Platform/DevOps Engineer, you are part of the Cloud Center of Excellence (CCoE), which is responsible for the FPS Foreign Affairs’ cloud platform.

• You ensure that IT solutions are implemented in accordance with business and technical IaC requirements and aligned with the IT strategy.

• You document your implementations in Azure Wiki and MS Visio and communicate these with the various teams involved.

• You guide your colleagues and the product teams in developing on the cloud platform.

• As a facilitator, you serve as the link between the product teams and the cross-functional teams.

• You integrate development, testing, and operational (CI/CD) aspects into your vision. You ensure that your knowledge and implementations are shared during knowledge transfer sessions with your colleagues.

Profile

• Certified as Azure DevOps Expert (MS AZ-305)

• Strong experience with Infrastructure-as-Code (Bicep and Terraform) via Azure DevOps

• Strong experience with Azure services such as Microsoft Entra ID, App Service, API Management, Application Gateway, Azure Monitor, etc.

• Expertise in implementing Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines

• Experience with containerization in the cloud (AKS)

• Experience in using Microsoft Visual Studio

• Very good knowledge of IT market trends and good follow-up

• Good communicator and team player

• You are creative and result oriented, propose new ideas and like to improve your skills with new insights.

• Experience in using SharePoint

• Experience in using Microsoft Office

• Experience in using Microsoft Visio

• You work in a structured way and can undertake action to come to the best results

• You take initiatives and like to be challenged in an evolving environment

• At least 3 years of experience working in project mode and change management

• Skilled in PowerShell/Azure CLI/Python

• (Plus) Certified in Terraform (HashiCorp Cloud Engineer Certification)

• (Plus) People management experience in a team of developers/engineers

• (Plus) Experience in migrations of on-premise infrastructure to Azure

• (Plus) Certified in Project methodology

• (Plus) Certified in ITIL processes (Service NOW)
