SecOps System Administrator
Main Missions
- Ensure the administration, maintenance, supervision, and security of the company's information systems and networks, guaranteeing their availability, performance, and compliance with current security standards and policies.
- Implement, operate, and evolve IT security devices (firewall, antivirus, access management, log analysis, vulnerability management, etc.).
- Install, configure, administer, and optimize servers (physical, virtual), network equipment (switches, routers, Wi-Fi access points), storage solutions, backups, and monitoring tools.
- Manage security and operational incidents, provide level 2 and 3 technical support, and coordinate remediation actions.
- Conduct regular security audits, check configuration compliance, and propose improvement plans.
- Participate in defining, implementing, and evolving technical security documentation, in connection with the CISO.
- Ensure continuous technological monitoring of threats, vulnerabilities, and security solutions.
- Raise awareness, train, and assist users in best security practices and the use of IT tools.
Systems and Network Administration
- Installation, configuration, administration, and maintenance of operating systems (Windows Server, Linux), application servers, databases (e.g. NoSQL, MariaDB, MSSQL), and virtualization solutions (e.g. VMware, Nutanix, Hyper-V).
- Administration of network equipment: Cisco, Checkpoint, Wi-Fi access points (e.g. Cisco, Alcatel Lucent), advanced VLAN management, routing, DHCP, DNS, NPS, 802.1x, Active Directory, Azure AD, Office 365.
- Supervision and monitoring of the infrastructure (e.g. WSUS, Intune, Zabbix).
- Backup management (e.g. Veeam, NAS Synology), restoration, business continuity and disaster recovery tests (BCP/DRP).
- Drafting, updating, and applying operational, security, and crisis management procedures.
Infrastructure Security
- Application of CCB (CyFun) recommendations and best practices from vendors.
- Implementation and management of security devices: firewalls, antivirus (e.g. Trend Micro, Kaspersky, Defender), IDS/IPS, access and rights management, system hardening.
- Monitoring security alerts, log analysis, detection and management of security incidents.
- Participation in the development and activation of contingency plans and degraded procedures in the event of a major incident.
- Configuration control and audit of workstations, servers, and local networks, risk management.
Support, Assistance, and Training
- Handling and resolution of technical and security incidents (levels 2 and 3).
- Assistance and advice to users on endpoint security (backups, passwords, antivirus protection).
- Drafting technical notes, incident reports, training manuals, and tutorials.
- Training and raising user awareness of best security practices.
Technical Skills
- Advanced administration of Windows, Linux, M365, Hybrid Cloud systems.
- Mastery of networks (e.g. Ethernet, VLAN, TCP/IP, routing, DHCP, DNS, Wi-Fi).
- IT security (e.g. firewall, antivirus, vulnerability management, IDS/IPS, hardening, CIS, OWASP).
- Proficiency in DevOps and automation tools: Git, Jenkins, GitLab CI, Ansible, Terraform, Docker, Kubernetes, etc.
- Knowledge of virtualization principles (e.g. VMware ESX, Nutanix, Hyper-V), storage (e.g. NAS, SAN), backup/restore (e.g. Veeam, PowerShell/Bash scripts).
- Experience in supervision and monitoring (SOC/SIEM, Microsoft Defender, Zabbix).
- Database administration (such as MariaDB, MSSQL, PostgreSQL).
- Expertise in scripting (Python, Bash, PowerShell).
- IT project management, ITIL best practices.

Education and Experience
- Significant experience (minimum 3 to 5 years) in systems, network, and security administration.
- Certifications appreciated: Cisco (CCNA/CCNP), Microsoft (MCSA/MCSE), security (CEH, CISSP), ITIL, ISO 27001.
