Experienced Cyber Security Project Manager (Operational Security Focus)
Context
Within the Security department of SPW Digital, you contribute to the implementation of the cybersecurity strategy through the management of projects aimed at strengthening the operational security of the information system.
You will join a team made up of cybersecurity experts, architects, operational security teams, and external partners. You are responsible for coordinating and ensuring the successful execution of security projects with a strong technical component, while making sure they align with business objectives, organizational constraints, and regulatory requirements.
The project manager will join the project management team of the Security department, reporting directly to the department manager. On a daily basis, you will work under the functional coordination of a program manager responsible for the overall management of the cybersecurity project portfolio.
Main tasks
- Ensure the timely and high-quality delivery of projects
- Manage cybersecurity projects
- Oversee the full management of the projects entrusted to you, from study to production deployment
- Define the scope, objectives, planning, resources, budgets, and deliverables
- Identify, analyze, and monitor project risks
- Provide reporting to governance bodies and sponsors
- Organize and lead work meetings, steering committees, and workshops with stakeholders
- Contribute to operational security projects
You will mainly work on projects such as:
- Security Operations Center (SOC)
- Vulnerability Management
- Identity and Access Management (IAM/PAM)
- Infrastructure and Network Protection
- Detection and Monitoring Solutions
- Workstation and Server Protection
- Secret and Certificate Management
- Resilience, Business Continuity, and Disaster Recovery
- Securing Cloud and Hybrid Environments
The projects entrusted may include both strategic studies and operational deployments of security solutions.
- Ensure stakeholder coordination
- Work closely with technical teams, business units, and vendors
- Facilitate decision-making and arbitration between business needs, technical constraints, and security requirements
- Ensure good coordination between the various actors involved in the projects
Depending on the priorities of the department, the expert may also be required to work on other topics within the security program.
Profile sought
Project management skills
- Experience in managing IT or cybersecurity projects
- Risk, budget, schedule, and dependency management
- Strong synthesis and reporting skills
- Mastery of traditional and/or agile project management methods
Technical skills
- Good understanding of cybersecurity concepts and architectures
- Knowledge of areas such as SOC, SIEM, IAM, network security, cloud security, vulnerability management, and incident response
- Ability to communicate effectively with technical experts and vendors
Personal qualities
- Leadership and ability to unite multidisciplinary teams
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong sense of organization and priorities

What we are looking for above all
We are looking for someone with a genuine interest in operational security topics who wishes to actively contribute to strengthening the cybersecurity of SPW. In-depth expertise in all cyber domains is not required, but a strong ability to manage complex technical projects, coordinate multiple stakeholders, and understand the operational challenges of cybersecurity is essential.

EVALUATION METHOD
Shortlisted candidates will be invited for an interview before a panel whose composition will be communicated later.
The interview may take place remotely if circumstances require.
On-site selection interview
The on-site selection interview will take place within 1 to 2 weeks following the offer submission date, at time slots set by the SPW. The candidate’s unavailability to participate in the interview will result in exclusion.
The purpose of the interview is to evaluate:

Assignment for a maximum duration of 3 years.
