Mission Description

As part of the execution of various projects (Cockpit, P2P, SAP ECC6 Upgrade, Logistics Strategy (in combination with the implementation of new warehouse scanners)) and daily maintenance on the SAP ECC6 MM WM PP environment, VIVAQUA wishes to engage the services of a Senior Functional Consultant SAP ECC6 MM WM PP within its IT department.

Main Tasks and Responsibilities

The main task of the Functional Consultant SAP ECC MM WM PP is to assume responsibility, at the level of the existing SAP ECC application, for project deliverables and, in parallel, daily maintenance. They will be responsible, at the SAP MM WM PP level (including Soti Mobicontrol for the scanners), for:

• Cockpit project (implementation of a management control system, reporting to our regulator Brugel, and establishment of comprehensive stock valuation)
• P2P project (complete redesign of the procurement process from purchase order to payment)
• Logistics Strategy project (return to SAP standard processes for our warehouses, including the implementation of new warehouse scanners using Soti Mobicontrol)
• Daily maintenance of SAP ECC MM WM PP modules

Expected Deliverables

• Finalization of the Cockpit blueprint implementation for the SAP ECC6 MM WM PP modules
• Definition and implementation of P2P processes in SAP ECC 6 MM WM PP using SAP standards
• Delivery of standard SAP warehouse processes using new warehouse scanners (using Soti Mobicontrol and SAP ITS) and in compliance with new tracking management processes
• Upgrade of the SAP ECC environment, based on SAP rules, for the SAP MM WM PP modules
• Ensure the proper functioning of SAP ECC MM WM PP modules (daily maintenance)

This must be done in compliance with VIVAQUA's project and maintenance governance.

Mission Execution Terms

The designated consultant will be assigned full-time to the execution of the contract and may be required to provide up to 880 man-days spread over a period of approximately 4 years, based on a 40-hour work week, during VIVAQUA’s business days.

Services will be performed at least 3 days per week on-site at VIVAQUA’s headquarters, potentially on a non-continuous basis, unless expressly exempted by the Head of the IT Department.

The consultant is informed that they are not authorized to work overtime or outside business hours (Monday to Friday, 7:00 am to 7:00 pm) without the express authorization of VIVAQUA.

The designated consultant must take into account the necessity of ensuring continuity of VIVAQUA’s service and the constraints related to the projects it manages when planning their leave, and must reach prior agreement with the Managing Officer on this subject.

The designated consultant must comply with the provisions of the VIVAQUA “Code of Conduct for External Service Providers.”

The mission may be renewed for a maximum duration (including the initial period) of: 880 business days
