Professional responsible for planning, organizing, directing, and controlling the i-CITY Smart Building program, aimed at modernizing and integrating the technical infrastructures and networks of buildings (connectivity, IoT, Building Management System – GTB, security, datacenters).

Main responsibilities:

• Define and lead the overall planning, budgets, and governance of the program.
• Supervise multiple simultaneous projects: LAN/WAN networks, Wi-Fi, fiber, Building Management System (GTB), IoT, datacenters.
• Coordinate internal teams (IT, infrastructure, operations) and external service providers/suppliers (integrators, equipment manufacturers).
• Ensure compliance with deadlines and budget, applying management methodologies (PMBoK, Prince2, SAFe).
• Ensure communication with all stakeholders, including management and users.
• Manage technical, financial, and organizational risks and develop mitigation plans.
• Contribute to the industrialization of processes and the transition to Run to ensure operational sustainability.

Typical profiles: Experienced Senior Project Manager, with expertise in network infrastructures and Smart Building integration (IoT, Building Management System, datacenters), having worked on complex, multi-site programs.
