The main responsibility of the IT Project Manager Doc Mgt Senior is to ensure the management of several business-IT projects in the field of document management, including electronic signature, as well as the implementation of test management, in accordance with Vivaqua standards, for a number of strategic projects. In this role, they will be responsible for:

• Managing files, decisions, risks, contracts, schedules, and open actions.
• Defining and maintaining scope, PBS/WBS, planning, budget, resources, dependencies, assumptions, risks, and issues.
• Organizing SteerCo, preparing decisions, and maintaining reliable PSR reporting.
• Managing suppliers, commitments, SLA, deliverables, and escalations.
• Contributing to special specifications documents and offer analyses with Procurement, Vendor Management, and technical experts.
• Organizing pilots, tests, UAT, acceptance criteria, reconciliation, cutover/rollback, and production go-live validation.
• Managing change management, communication, and coordination with impacted users.
• Preparing documentation, knowledge transfer, and Move2Run towards operational teams.
• Ensuring alignment with GDPR, ISO 27001, NIS2, and applicable security policies.
• Supporting the harmonization of PM practices.

Throughout the entire assignment, you comply with GDPR, ISO27001, and NIS2 rules.

Assignment execution terms:

• The designated consultant will be assigned full-time to the execution of the contract and may be required to provide potentially 440 man-days spread over approximately 2 years, on a 40-hour per week basis, during VIVAQUA’s business days.
• Services will be performed at least 3 days per week onsite at VIVAQUA’s headquarters, potentially discontinuously, unless an express exemption is validated by the Head of the IT Department.
• The consultant is informed that they are not authorized to work overtime or outside office hours (Monday to Friday from 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.) without the express authorization of VIVAQUA.
• The designated consultant must take into account the necessities of VIVAQUA’s service continuity and the constraints related to the projects they manage when planning their leave, and must agree in advance with the Managing Official regarding this matter.
• The designated consultant must comply with the provisions of VIVAQUA’s Code of Conduct for external service providers.
