Project Lead / Team Lead – Collaboration Systems (M365)

As project lead, you direct various IT implementation projects from A to Z: from presales to the development of a concept, building the actual solution, change management, and go-live.

You draw up the planning and monitor the deadlines. You facilitate and ensure communication between all parties involved in the project. You closely follow up on the budget and monitor the quality of your project.

You report regularly and in a structured manner about your projects to the client and management. You ensure that you promptly report issues and focus on results.

As team lead, you are the hierarchical manager of your team, which consists of both internal employees and consultants. You coordinate and motivate your team members, conduct performance and evaluation interviews, and guide their development. You manage the team’s capacity planning and ensure the correct allocation of resources. You contribute to recruiting the right profiles and are responsible for the proper functioning of the team.

As the manager of the competence center, you proactively ensure the development of your team’s competences to align them with the future needs of the customers. You ensure knowledge sharing and reuse within the projects managed by the team or more broadly by our clients.

Profile

• You have obtained a master’s degree.
• You are PRINCE2-certified (required).
• An ITIL certification is desired.
• You have several years of professional experience in IT, particularly in project management, and you are familiar with Agile development methods.
• You can demonstrate proven experience in people management: this concerns a position as hierarchical manager, with responsibility for evaluating, motivating, and developing your employees.
• You have a good active knowledge of the second national language; a good command of English is an additional asset.
• Experience in a Microsoft 365 environment is a plus, as is knowledge of SharePoint and associated tools (Teams, Power Platform, etc.). The absence of specific experience with these technologies is not an exclusion criterion: we are primarily looking for a project manager and team lead who can master the platform.
