Within the IT department of VIVAQUA, the M365 SharePoint Engineer Senior is involved in strategic projects related to document management, digital transformation, business process automation, and enterprise content governance.

The SharePoint Engineer contributes to the setup, evolution, and optimization of Microsoft 365 platforms, notably SharePoint, Teams, Power Platform, Microsoft Purview, and SharePoint Premium.

The SharePoint Engineer independently designs, develops, implements, and industrializes Microsoft 365 solutions focused on SharePoint, Power Platform, Microsoft Purview, and SharePoint Premium. Thanks to their technical expertise, they translate business needs into concrete solutions, configure the necessary components, implement complex workflows, document classification mechanisms, OCR solutions, and AI-based automated processing, then ensure deployment, operation, and evolution.

The SharePoint Engineer has proven experience in large-scale document environments, ranging from several hundred thousand to several million documents. They also have advanced expertise in document classification, workflow automation, OCR, and AI-based automatic metadata enrichment.

In this role, they will be responsible for:

• Defining and maintaining the target SharePoint architecture, in line with company standards, business needs, and document governance requirements.
• Designing and deploying document architectures suited to large volumes, integrating SharePoint with other technologies if necessary.
• Defining, reviewing, and implementing metadata models, taxonomies, content types, and classification rules.
• Implementing document governance strategies, records management, archiving, and retention.
• Designing and deploying automated business workflows with Power Automate and Microsoft 365 services.
• Preparing and overseeing, with the Project Manager Document Management, migrations to Microsoft 365 and SharePoint.
• Implementing OCR solutions to automatically extract content from documents, images, and scanned forms.
• Leveraging SharePoint Premium or other solutions to automate classification, metadata extraction, and content enrichment.
• Designing intelligent document processing models to identify, classify, and automatically extract key information.
• Automating document processes to reduce manual interventions.
• Applying security, compliance, and confidentiality requirements to digital content.
• Contributing to the implementation of governance policies for Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Purview.
• Ensuring the quality, consistency, and maintainability of the implemented solutions.
• Supporting users in adopting best practices for document management and digital collaboration.

• Maintaining continuous monitoring on Microsoft 365, SharePoint, AI, Content Services, and Information Management.

• Throughout your assignment you will comply with GDPR, ISO27001, and NIS2 rules

Assignment execution terms:

• The designated consultant will be assigned full-time to the execution of the contract and will potentially provide 440 man-days spread over approximately 2 years, based on a 40-hour workweek, during VIVAQUA's business days.
• Services will be performed at least 3 days per week onsite at VIVAQUA's headquarters, potentially in a non-continuous manner, except by express waiver validated by the Head of the IT Department.
• The consultant is informed that they are not authorized to work overtime or outside office hours (Monday to Friday from 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.) without the express authorization of VIVAQUA.
• The designated consultant must take into account VIVAQUA's service continuity needs and the constraints related to the projects managed by the company when planning leave and will agree in advance with the Managing Officer on this matter.
• The designated consultant must comply with the provisions of the "Code of Conduct for External Service Providers" of VIVAQUA.
