As part of the operation, maintenance, and evolution of our IT infrastructures, Actiris is looking for a Systems Administrator.

The Systems Administrator ensures the daily operation of the organization's IT infrastructures. They participate in the deployment, administration, maintenance, and continuous improvement of technical services and platforms. They guarantee their availability, security, and performance, provide third-line support, and contribute to infrastructure evolution projects in collaboration with the Systems Manager and other IT teams.

The required skills for the mission are:

• Administer and maintain Microsoft Windows Server environments.
• Administer Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, GPO services.
• Administer Microsoft 365 services (Entra ID, Intune, Exchange Online, Teams, and OneDrive).
• Administer Microsoft SQL Server databases.
• Administer VMware virtualization infrastructures (ESXi, vCenter, Site Recovery Manager, and vSphere Replication).
• Deploy, administer, and maintain the Lansweeper IT inventory solution.
• Deploy, administer, and maintain the WhatsUp Gold monitoring solution.
• Deploy, administer, and maintain the WithSecure antivirus solution.
• Deploy, administer, and maintain the SafeQ print management solution.
• Ensure the configuration and operational readiness of multimedia and videoconferencing equipment in meeting rooms.
• Ensure the availability, performance, and security of systems infrastructures.
• Provide third-line support.
• Ensure the writing and updating of technical documentation.

Additional desired skills are:

• Ability to administer and maintain the Windows Server Update Services (WSUS) infrastructure.
• Perform restores from Commvault.
• Ability to write PowerShell scripts.
• Knowledge of information systems security best practices.
• Ability to participate in technical infrastructure projects.
