IT Project Manager – Infrastructure

Your mission

As an "IT Infrastructure Project Manager," you will take charge of the project from the creation of the "project management plan" related to the assigned mission, through its execution according to the defined governance and methodology, up to its closure.

The mission aims to deploy IT network infrastructures to support the Electric Bus Charging Management solution for OTW. The hardware will be deployed across approximately fifty OTW sites.

The estimated duration of the mission is 24-36 months.

You will prepare an industrialized approach for deploying network infrastructures in the relevant depots, maximizing the harmonization of solutions. You will rely on architectural guiding principles established in collaboration with our "IT Infrastructure" team. With their support, you will conduct an inventory of the equipment currently in place at existing sites and propose the best approach to extend the network.

You will interact with engineering offices and technical departments to communicate our requirements.

You will coordinate the execution of activities (architecture – preparation – planning – deployment – testing – post-deployment support – documentation – transfer to operational teams).

During the deployment phase, you will coordinate the activities of our internal/external IT service providers to ensure the network is set up in synchronization with the site managers, and you will therefore be required to travel regularly to TEC depots.

You will ensure the follow-up of purchase orders, logistics, technical, organizational, and financial aspects of the project as well as the associated reporting.

At the close of the project, you will produce "lessons learned" to contribute to continuous improvement.

Your profile

You hold a civil engineering degree or a master's degree in computer science with proven experience in IT infrastructure management in the industrial sector (LAN / network infrastructure) and have 5 years of experience in IT infrastructure project management. You hold a bachelor's degree in computer science and can demonstrate equivalent experience.

A required PM certification enables you to translate the assigned mission into a project plan that complies with project management methodologies and to ensure proper execution and follow-up.

Your ability for structured analysis and adaptation to large cross-functional organizations allows you to identify the specific needs related to the project.

A good communicator, you have strong interpersonal skills that enable you to easily interact with the various stakeholders in public transport. Your dynamism, organizational skills, and leadership are integral parts of your strengths.

Risk management and anticipation are two qualities that allow you to operate in environments where system availability must be ensured.

A very good level of English is required.

You are proficient with the Office suite.

You are able to work independently.
