Functional Analyst MS CRM Dynamics 365 – QPV, Epurchase and ICSMS

The ICT department of the FPS Economy has several MS Dynamics projects planned for 2025 (QPV, Epurchase, and ICSMS). To ensure a strong start for these projects, we are looking to engage a functional analyst who can analyze our clients' needs and, most importantly, document how these needs can best be translated into MS Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement functionalities.

Below are the skills we are seeking in our future colleague:

Technical Skills (must-have)

  • Thorough knowledge of MS Dynamics 365 (Customer Engagement)
  • Experience with Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI)
  • Knowledge of data modeling and data flows within Dynamics
  • Experience in writing functional specifications
  • Understanding of integrations between Dynamics and external systems (via APIs)

Functional/Analytical Skills (must-have)

  • Business analysis: ability to analyze, model, and optimize processes
  • Gathering requirements and translating them into functional solutions
  • Experience facilitating workshops with key users and stakeholders
  • Drafting user stories, use cases, and process flows
  • Understanding of CRM processes (customer service)

Soft Skills and Work Attitude (must-have)

  • Strong communication skills
  • Multilingualism (NL/FR/EN)
  • Proactive attitude and independence
  • Skilled at bridging gaps between business and IT
  • Problem-solving mindset
  • Team player with experience in agile/scrum environments

Pluses (nice-to-have)

  • Certification(s) in MS Dynamics 365
  • Experience with change management
  • Knowledge of ITIL or project methodologies (Scrum, Prince2)
