Functional Analyst - Data migration/ SCRUM/BPMN

NTT DATA is actively looking for an experienced Functional/Business analyst. This freelance position is based in Brussel and homeworking is allowed.

We are looking for a combined profile of a senior business/functional analyst. Preferably, we are seeking someone with application and/or database migration experience, who can support the product owner in prioritizing tasks depending on the size of the sub-project.

Specifically, this means:

  • Detecting, analyzing, and documenting business needs and defining the scope of various projects.
  • Leading and facilitating workshops with different stakeholders in both national languages to capture the needs.
  • Translating these needs into ICT solutions.
  • Proposing process and functionality improvements.
  • Documenting requirements (AS IS and TO BE processes, business rules, business concepts, functional and technical requirements, etc.).
  • Developing the requirements into functionalities and understandable documentation for IT experts.
  • Collaborating with other team members to create application documentation.
  • Creating a product backlog, developing product backlog items, and setting up the implementation trajectory.
  • Analyzing and creating data models.
  • Creating mockups.
  • Developing test scenarios and acceptance criteria. Conducting thorough tests on the products before they are delivered to the business.
  • Reporting to various stakeholders.
