The FPS Economy is looking for experienced fullstack developers (Angular/Spring) to support the development of business applications and the modernization of its existing application portfolio, with a particular focus on improving the security, maintainability, performance, and technical sustainability of the applications.

As a developer, you support the team according to needs and planning and work closely with the existing development teams.

The concrete tasks may involve different applications and various processes within the FPS Economy. Depending on requirements, these may include both the modernization or rewriting of existing functionalities as well as the development of new functionalities.

As an example, the modernization of the HR data management platform (Persys/Syspers).

The platform centralizes HR data from different sources and makes it available to the applications of the FPS Economy. The modernization specifically aims to evolve the platform towards an architecture in which Syspers serves as the reference source for HR data used by the applications. This includes, among other things, the modernization of the data model, the integration flows, as well as the gradual migration of existing applications. Special attention will be paid to security, data quality, and consistency. The role of the DWH will remain focused on data analysis and reporting.

New applications are systematically developed in Angular (17+) and Spring Boot. The original applications or processes are based on a mix of technologies (Java EE, JSF, Access, manual processes).

Expected experience: minimum 5 years of experience in Angular (9+), minimum 5 years of experience in Spring (Boot).
