Analysis, development, and maintenance of our mypension application aligned with the department’s standards and the needs of our stakeholders (the organization, citizens, politics, etc.).

You will also contribute to the training and integration of junior team members within the team.

Technical and generic competencies

As a software developer, you will take on a Fullstack role (backend, frontend, devops).

For the backend of the application, you must have the following knowledge:

• Java 24+
• Spring / Spring Boot
• Reactive programming with Project Reactor
• Enterprise Java background: JBoss / Jakarta EE
• SQL
• Transaction management

For the frontend of the application, you must have the following knowledge:

• TypeScript
• Angular 22+: signals, signal forms
• Designing reusable frontend libraries / shared components
• Translating Figma designs into working UI

For our architecture and API design, you should have solid knowledge of:

• Hexagonal architecture (ports and adapters)
• Domain-Driven Design
• CQRS
• Anti-corruption layers when integrating with external systems
• Backend-for-frontend pattern
• API design, OpenAPI

For the security aspect, it is necessary to have the following knowledge:

• privacy by design
• OWASP top 10
• OIDC/Oauth2

It is important that we take into account the accessibility of mypension.

You should therefore have knowledge of the following aspects:

• Designing accessible interfaces, WCAG
• Testing for accessibility

In your role as tester, you must master the following activities:

• Test-driven development
• Unit testing
• Integration testing
• Component testing
• End-to-end and visual regression testing with Playwright

In order to manage the integration and delivery of our application, you must master the following tools and methods:

• Git
• Gradle
• Maven
• Containers
• CI/CD pipelines on GitLab
• Trunk-based development

Our team makes extensive use of Agile-oriented methods.

This means that you must be able to demonstrate thorough knowledge and experience of:

• the Agile methodology including pair programming

You must possess excellent communication skills and be able to collaborate well within and outside the team.

We work with short feedback loops and frequent integration.

We carry out highly visual work.

For all these aspects, skills and experience must be proven.
