Context

STIB-MIVB manages an enterprise Microsoft portfolio (Enterprise Agreement, Microsoft 365, Power Platform, Copilot) and a Digital Workplace ecosystem operated with several external partners. In the context of renewing the Digital Workplace market, structuring Software & Hardware Asset Management, and evolving the operating model of the I&O division, STIB is seeking an expert capable of handling these topics end-to-end, from contractual governance to organizational support.

Missions

• Microsoft contract management: Manage the Microsoft Enterprise Agreement in all its aspects: true-up, renewal, license optimization (E3/F3, LTSC, Power Platform, Project Online, etc.), positioning regarding audits, financial monitoring, and reporting to management.

• Digital Workplace: Oversee the contractual relationship and performance of Digital Workplace partners (SLA, governance, escalations, roadmap), in cooperation with the Digital Workplace Manager and operational teams.

• Expert: Digital Workplace Services market renewal project – Contribute to drafting the specifications, analyzing offers, sourcing strategy, and transition to the new provider(s).

• Expert: SAM/HAM project – Define and implement processes, tooling, and governance for software and hardware asset management; ensure license compliance.

• Support/project operating model I&O: Support the reflection on the target organization of the I&O division: process mapping, analysis of flows and roles, organizational impacts, preparation of workshops, and management decision-making.

Skills

• Mastery of Microsoft licensing (EA, M365, Power Platform, Copilot, LTSC) and associated contractual mechanisms.

• Ability to draft and defend market documents (specifications, RFI/RFP, offer analysis).

• Enterprise architecture vision: ability to connect contracts, processes, organization, and technology.

• Comfortable with management and suppliers, strong negotiation and governance skills.
