RIZIV is looking for an Azure DevOps Boards Expert/Coach to redesign, standardize, and promote the organization's use of Azure DevOps boards by aligning “agile practices”, “KPI”, and “reporting management”.

Key responsibilities:

• Review existing boards and propose a configuration based on the original model
• Define standard guidelines and secure team buy-in
• Establish KPIs (burndown, velocity, comparative projects) and automate reports
• Train and coach teams in reading/producing these reports
• Implement change management and evaluate migration of existing data

Expected results:

• Newly documented board model
• User guides & training videos
• Ready-to-use KPI dashboards
• Validated migration plan and deployment schedule

Skills & requirements:

• Azure DevOps certifications and agile methodologies (Scrum Master, PSPO or equivalent)
• Demonstrable experience in coaching, training, and change coaching
• Management of Azure DevOps (Analytics Views, Power BI) reports
• Ability to engage and unite multidisciplinary teams
• Excellent communication skills (FR/NL/EN)

Duration & load: Work assignment of 3 months (full-time) or 4 months (3 days/week) (min. 3 days/week), depending on the migration schedule.
