The main responsibility of the Senior Microsoft Data Solution Designer is to ensure the design of Power BI solutions based on the needs identified by the business, the implementation of integrated reports, dashboards, and possible alerts on the Microsoft platform (Data Factory, Power BI, Databricks,…) for the following reports:

• Internal financial reporting based on SAP ECC6 data and other sources
• Reporting related to customer service based on SAP ISU data and other sources
• HR-type reporting (such as dashboards and reports related to absenteeism and work accidents), using various databases, including legacy technologies such as Software AG, WinDev, …
• Annual reporting at the CSRD & Taxonomy level
• Reporting to our regulator Brugel

And this, especially from a technical point of view (ETL, Data Lake, Data Warehouse, Data Consumption, Data Publication, and Data Forecasting), and in compliance with the defined data architecture.

In addition, he/she will also be responsible for the monitoring of run and the operational maintenance of the data environment on Microsoft and Databricks. He/she will also be responsible for improvements to the data architecture, in collaboration with the Data Management department.

Throughout your assignment, you will comply with the rules related to GDPR, ISO 27001 standard, and the NIS2 directive.

Terms of execution of the assignment:

• The designated consultant will be assigned full-time to the execution of the contract and may potentially work 440 man-days spread over approximately 2 years, on a 40-hour per week basis, during VIVAQUA’s business days.
• The services will be performed at least 3 days per week on-site at VIVAQUA’s Head Office, potentially on a non-continuous basis, unless an express exemption is granted by the Head of the IT Department.
• The consultant is informed that he/she is not authorized to work overtime or outside office hours (Monday to Friday from 7:00 am to 7:00 pm) without the express authorization of VIVAQUA.
• The designated consultant must take into account the needs of VIVAQUA’s service continuity and the constraints related to the projects it manages when planning his/her leave and must agree in advance with the Managing Officer on this matter.
