As part of the Matching 3D project, Forem is seeking a consultant for a period extending from the earliest possible start date until December 31, 2027, to continue the development of the M3D matching engine (job seeker profile, job offer, training offer) and to expose it within the Dossier Unique citizen file (CRM Dynamics), with a view to launching services scheduled for December 2026 and the subsequent gradual replacement of current matching tools (BiMatch, C1C, ELISE).

The desired profile demonstrates recent experience as a Data Scientist, with expertise in end-to-end AI application development, particularly with experience in frontend development and result presentation, on a Microsoft technology stack (Azure, Azure AI Search, Microsoft Fabric).

The assignment will notably include:

• Designing and developing the interfaces for presenting the results of the M3D engine — job positioning, profile robustness, job and training suggestions, recommended paths — for their integration into the Dossier Unique and consumption spaces (personal, agent, company, partner).

• The consultant will also be responsible for formatting the explainability of the matching: clear and concise display of matching criteria, skills gaps, and the ranking of suggestions, as well as the creation of monitoring and management dashboards (data quality, test results, usage and engine performance indicators).

• Particular attention will be paid to co-design with users and Forem’s technical and business stakeholders (agents, advisors, Dossier Unique teams): workshops, demonstrations, feedback collection during testing phases, accessibility and multilingualism of interfaces, to ensure alignment of solutions with operational needs.

• He/she will also contribute to the development of the engine itself (matching and reranking logic, API contracts, containerized applications, validation of delivered versions) in close collaboration with the Azure/Fabric expert.

• Finally, this assignment will be part of a logic of ongoing maintenance, documentation, and support for deployed solutions until the end of 2027, according to terms defined jointly with the project managers.
