As a public transport operator active in Wallonia, TEC – short for “Transport En Commun” – is one of the main players in Mobility and economic, social, and sustainable development in Wallonia.

With its 5,200 employees and the 120 professions they practice, TEC is a committed company whose members all share a common goal: to improve, every day, the performance, friendliness, and sustainability of the public transport offering, which today includes nearly 2,500 buses and trams for the 778 TEC lines crisscrossing Wallonia.

Definition of the transformation plan

  • Analyze gaps between current processes and future processes.
  • Identify organizational, operational, technical, and human impacts.
  • Develop a structured action plan (roadmap) specifying the transformation steps, deliverables, responsible parties, and milestones.
