The main responsibility of the Senior Business Analyst SAP PM-PP-MM-SD-CS is to ensure the following activities for SAP ECC6 within the defined areas:

• Daily support of business users in accordance with Vivaqua rules for the SAP ECC6 area, with a focus on the daily operations of various departments (production, distribution, sanitation, finance, and support)
• Monitoring business needs in relation to currently implemented processes
• Delivery of business requirements in SAP PM, PP, MM, SD, CS, WM for various projects, including requirements for the future migration of our current SAP ECC environment
• Project support for the technical upgrade of SAP ECC (Operating system, Oracle, SAP kernel and service pack upgrade), specifically for regression testing
• Project support for the re-implementation of authorizations in SAP ECC using business roles and profiles
• Supporting various departments with regulator requirements

Throughout your assignment, you comply with GDPR, ISO27001, and NIS2 rules

Assignment execution modalities:

• The designated consultant will be assigned full-time to the execution of the contract and may potentially provide 440 man-days spread over a period of approximately 2 years, based on a 40-hour work week, during VIVAQUA's business days.
• Services will be performed at least 3 days per week on-site at the VIVAQUA headquarters, potentially discontinuously, unless expressly exempted by the Head of the IT Department.
• The consultant is made aware that overtime or work outside office hours (Monday to Friday from 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.) is not permitted without the express authorization of VIVAQUA.
• The designated consultant must take into account the need for service continuity at VIVAQUA and the constraints related to the projects it manages when planning leave, and will agree in advance with the Managing Official on this matter.
• The designated consultant must comply with the provisions of the VIVAQUA “Code of Conduct for External Service Providers”.
