Goal

Our team is responsible for supporting the business with the implementation and use of the finance-related applications in a complex and evolving IT landscape, with an ongoing rollout of a new ERP.

We are looking for someone dynamic who has accountancy knowledge, preferably in the car retail sector, and who has an affinity for technical support.

Tasks:

• Assist the dealers in the preparation of the Go Live of the new ERP: which tasks to do before the cut-off of the old system.
• Prepare for the change: what will be different in their way of working once they are live.
• Preparation of the new dossiers in Venice and Onea and migration of the accountancy software Venice/Exact and Onea.
• Configuration of the ERP Accountancy part.
• After the Go Live, we assist the dealers on site for 2 weeks to support them in the transition of their new ERP (Cross 3, Venice, Onea). This is the so-called Hypercare.
• After these 2 weeks, we assist via Teams, mail, Jira tickets.

Autonomy:

• Having the capacity to understand the business (automotive) and the implications in Finance (specific knowledge of, for example, margin vehicles, special VAT regulation, …)
• Be a quick learner

Knowledge/Experience:

• Degree: Master in Finance or equal by experience in Finance meaning knowledge of accountancy, VAT, General Ledger, …
• Already first professional experience in General Accountancy for 1 year.
• Knowledge of Venice and Onea is a plus.
• Interested in IT related to Finance.
• Solution oriented, analytical mindset.
• Team player.
• Very good knowledge (spoken and written).
• You have a car at disposal and you have your driving license.

Miscellaneous:

• This position requires a lot of travel (4 days a week) between automotive dealers in Belgium.
• Please note that the daily rate of your consultant must be all-inclusive. There are no travel expenses.
• Homeworking is possible 1 day a week.
